OUR MISSION
Our MissionThe prerequisite for the much needed development in our society is good governance. It is therefore imperative that if rural communities have to witness development, they have to participate in and ensure sustenance of democratic values. This is the only way they can be empowered economically, leading to sustainable development in their communities. Community Action Project (CAP) was set up to harness these interlinking factors for the benefit of the masses of the rural communities and urban disadvantaged. CAP shall be gender positive and serve as vanguard of youth development and empowerment.

MODUS OPERANDI
CAP-WA is organized on community basis. A community being, a group of people in an area with common interests with a view to coexisting harmoniously together and making maximum use of all things with which they are end endowed.
Thus CAP-WA is organized through:
1. Individual membership of those who share its aim and objectives.
2. Community who are organized to achieve similar ends.
3. Associations and bodies with similar aspirations
4. International organizations dedicated to world peace and progress.
5. Government and state government organs with responsibilities for the masses.
6. Organizations or bodies for democracy peace, progress, human health, human development and the promotion of healthy environment.
7. Local, national and international organizations dedicated to nursing and promoting ideas and studies directed at human progress.


AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
O Empower the grass root, so as to strengthen society with a view to building a better society.

O It is aimed at making the community a peaceful, happy unit of the state. Through this a better nation dedicated to the well being of its entire citizen will emerge.

The goal is a democratic humane and prosperous society that is anchored on the general good or the entire world devoid of hatred, discrimination and wars.
PAC-WA is not a passive organization rather it is a positively oriented body poised to improve the general well being of the people, thus building a world that will utilize the human and material resources of the world for the benefit of all.

O Dismission of member: The board shall recommend to the coordinator, the suspension of any member whose activities are considered to be inimical to the aims and objectives of CAP.
